19 year old rape-slay victim..Suspect positive in using illegal drugs!

Another dream was burnt into ashes by an illegal drug user. Netizens were alarmed because of the increasing rape-slay cases after the Oplan Tokhang by the Philippine National Police was suspended by the President. Last week, another innocent 19 year old was victimized, allegedly raped and stabbed until death by an illegal drug user. The victim was identified as Bheanca Anne M.
