Armed with a search warrant, authorities on October 26 at about 6:25 a.m. seized "an unlicensed Colt caliber .45 pistol with five ammunition, a rocket-propelled grenade (RPG), and several bank transaction receipts" at the suspect's residence in Barangay Kaligayahan, Novaliches, Quezon City. The proportion of people who believe not all who are called up for "Tokhang" are engaged in illegal drug activity is highest in Metro Manila, at 50 percent, and lowest in Mindanao at 41 percent. The survey was conducted through face-to-face interviews with 1,500 adults all over the country—600 in Balance Luzon and 300 each in Metro Manila, the Visayas and Mindanao.
